General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of validity

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

2. Contract partners, purchase agreement

A purchase agreement is entered into with Michael Alexander Konopitzky.

By placing a product in our online shop, we make a binding offer for the sale of the product in question. By clicking on the order button for the products placed in your shopping basket, you enter into a purchase agreement. As soon as you have placed the order, you will receive confirmation via email.

A purchase agreement may become binding at an earlier stage if you choose one of the following options:

 

  • If you have chosen to pay by credit card, you enter into a purchase agreement as soon as the amount payable is charged to your credit card.
  • If you have chosen to pay by PayPal, you enter into a purchase agreement as soon as the amount payable is charged to your PayPal account.
  • If you have chosen to pay by SOFORT bank transfer, you enter into a purchase agreement as soon as the transaction has been confirmed to SOFORT AG.

 

3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs shall be added to the product prices listed in the online shop. For more information, please refer to the product in question.

4. Payment
You may select one of the following payment methods for purchases from our online shop:

Credit card
Your credit card will be debited once the order has been completed.

Paypal
You may pay your invoice via the online payment system PayPal. To do so, you must either be a registered user of this service, or open an account with PayPal, legitimise your login details and confirm payment to us (guest access may be possible in certain cases). You will receive more information during the ordering process.

SOFORT bank transfer
You can also pay via SOFORT bank transfer. If you choose this option, the payment is credited to our account immediately. This speeds up the order process. To use the SOFORT online bank transfer service, you enter your account number, bank code, PIN and TAN into a secure payment form which cannot be accessed by the dealer. SOFORT AG then transfers the payment automatically and in real time from your online bank account. The balance is hereby transferred immediately to the account of the dealer. If you select this option, a prepared form will appear on your screen as soon as you have completed the order process. This already contains our bank details. The amount payable and the reference line have also already been entered into this form. You simply select the country for your online bank account and add your bank code. You then continue by entering your account number and PIN (as when registering for online banking). Confirm your order by entering a TAN. The transaction will then be confirmed immediately. All you need in order to use the SOFORT bank transfer option is online banking with PIN/TAN. However, please note that a small number of banks do not yet accept SOFORT bank transfers. 5. Collection by the customer
You are welcome to collect your order personally from Michael Alexander Konopitzky, Hütteldorferstrasse 135, 1140 Vienna, Austria, during opening hours: Mon to Fri 9am – 6:30pm, Sat 9am – 5pm.

6. Packstation
We do not deliver to Packstation addresses.

7. Retention of title 
We retain ownership of the products until we have received payment in full.

8. Damage in transit
If it is instantly apparent on delivery that goods are damaged, please make an immediate complaint to the carrier and contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or contact us immediately will have no effect whatsoever on your legal rights, in particular on your warranty rights. However, it will help us to assert our claims against the freight forwarder and to claim insurance for the goods in transit.

9. Warranty and guarantees
Statutory warranty rights apply. For information on any additional guarantees and the terms and conditions of such guarantees, please refer to the relevant product descriptions and information boxes in the online shop.

10. Storing the purchase agreement
We store the text of the contract, and send you your order details and our General Terms & Conditions via email. You can view and download our General Terms & Conditions here on this page at any time. You can view previous orders by logging in to your customer account.

11. Language of agreement
The language for all agreements is German.
